HERE’S HOW TO PROCEED

Please contact us via email stating your order number.

Indicating the reason for the return or fill out the following cancellation form.
3.
We will send you the return address.
4.
Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days.
Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.
We inform you that the return costs are your responsibility.

Una volta che il tuo reso è stato ricevuto e verificato dal nostro Servizio Clienti, rimborseremo l'importo pagato per gli articoli sul conto bancario utilizzato per l'ordine in 3-5 giorni lavorativi.
Una volta che il rimborso è stato effettuato, possono essere necessari fino a 3 giorni prima che compaia sul tuo conto bancario. Il ritardo può variare, a seconda della tua banca. Tieni presente che i costi di restituzione sono a carico del cliente.
